“Several attractions not operating”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

The train was down as was the stagecoach. Only one show was operating. The info on website was a little vague as we thought we would be able to partake of their outdoor bbq experience. On arrival we were told it was only for special occasions. You had to pay extra for the zip line. For us (adult female with Down Syndrome adult male), it would not have made sense to buy a $15 wrist band (which allows access to everything except zip line). The one show (shoot out) was good, and my brother enjoyed taking pictures in the jail, museum, next to covered wagons, etc. The real treat here was the Steakhouse, which had a guitar playing man, AND the food, which was excellent, excellent, excellent!! (I had 8 oz prime rib; he had salmon. Potatoes were tasty; we shared apple cobbler dessert, which was generous in size and very share-able.)

“Great fun great people”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2014

Our first visit to the new location. Our 8 year old son loved it. The roughrider show was fun and NOISEY. Good mix of small shops and rides. Did not try the food but will next time

“Liked old Rawhide location better.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

I was here around Halloween time when they had a Haunted House on the grounds and the experience was just ok. Not exactly sure why but I enjoyed Rawhide when it was at it's old location better. It was dusty....but that is to be expected. A little pricey for what it's worth.

“Not worth the trip”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

First off you have to pay to park. Admission is everything inside costs $. We went to the 6pm show, it only lasted about 20 min. We also took our daughter to the petting zoo. Half the animals were in cages & you couldn't pet them. The gift shops were very pricey. Not much to see or do, we were quite disappointed.

“Arizona is desperate for entertainment ”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

There's not a whole lot to do in Arizona, so about once a year we forget how expensive something is and 're do it.

Rawhid

It has its entertainment, the gun show is quite comical and all the folks l that work there are really nice.

For a family of 4, to get your days worth of shtick it's going to cost you $200. If you don't have the $ you will get sorely board and better of watching a western movie.

Once a year if you lack the memory as I do.
