The Hotel La More is located within easy walking distance of everything this bizarre little town has to offer. My room was in great condition, clean, and charmingly decorated. The hotel has central air, so you cannot make adjustments in your room. The proprietors made excellent restaurant recommendations.

In all, I was impressed with the La More. I felt as though I was staying with friends.

“Ninety years of history at Hotel Lamore/Bisbee Inn”

Booked a Sunday night stay at this historic hotel. Commonly known as the Lamore Hotel, but more recently as the Bisbee Inn. The hotel is centrally located in historic Bisbee and has it's own parking lot. After dropping off our bags, we parked in the hotel's lot a hundred feet away from the hotel on a lower level of the town (Bisbee has different levels.)

We used the Bisbee Inn website to pick our room. Each room had a different look, location and sometimes...history. We wanted quiet, and we got it. No ghost. The furnishings of the hotel seemed to fit to the old Arizona mining theme. On the first floor, there is common area for television, reading and a dining area. Breakfast is included in the rates, though it's self serve. We enjoyed orange juice, cereal, fruit and muffins the next morning. There was coffee, bagels, and bread available too. The kitchen area is available for guests, and looked clean, but we didn't use it. We didn't find a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. There's plenty of restaurants and taverns nearby, anyhow. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, and were charmed by the ambience of the hotel and Bisbee itself.

“Very pleasant and cheerful for a haunted hotel”

This little historical hotel was delightful and very affordable. The rooms are simple and small but very comfortable. The atmosphere is laid back and cheerful. And the history is pretty cool. It's VERY well located, within walking distance of all of Bisbee's attractions. Although google maps gave us the wrong directions, and we didn't know that there are two names for this hotel, The Bisbee Inn aka Hotel La More. This got us lost. But that was the only drawback. Later when we took the Ghost Tour, we found out that it was haunted. But alas, did not have any ghost sightings of our own to report.

I recently brought my crew of ghost hunters to the Bisbee Inn. We booked the entire hotel so we were able to set up cameras, recorders and wander the hallways throughout the night!
All 20 rooms were clean and furnished with period furniture which gave you a feeling of the early 1900's.
Innkeepers were happy to provide early check ins and made us all feel right at home.
Nice kitchen and dining area for light continental breakfast in the morning.....and day room for those who can't live without TV.
Great view of the Brewery Gulch and you can sit out on the stoop and listen to the bands!
And the ghosts....if you wish to have a ghostly encounter you might try rooms 12--14--15--16--17--or 23. You might share a room with a ghost cat---the lady in white---or a miner/cowboy from the boarding house days of old. Leave the lights on and don't forget to check under the bed for ghosts!

We had heard so much about Bisbee that we thought we would make it our second stop and attend Brewery Gulch Daze aswell. We stayed at Hotel Lamore and did'nt manage to sleep the whole time we were there due to no curtains at the window (nets only) no blind, nothing! There was also a window at the top of the door which let in light from the upper hallway ceiling light fitting which was kept on all the time. Our room had lots of natural light in the day time being right at the front but the rooms at the back had no natural light at all and were really dark in there. We had a nice room overlooking Brewery Gulch which was a mistake as we were to find out at 3am when all the bars empted out. A terrible arguement started up outside with loads of swearing and fighting plus the threat that if this person saw this other person round town he would shoot him! That was probably why there was a small notice on the door saying ring 911 if any disturbances are heard! Breakfast was ok, very much a do it yourself thing with juice milk etc kept in a big fridge in the kitchen. The staff only seemed to be there certain times so if you had a query it would be hard to find someone. Not the sort of place we would go back to or recommend.
