“Best Inn right in the heart of Old Bisbee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2011

Nice rooms, well decorated and comfortable - our family will definitely stay here again. Located right in the heart of downtown Old Bisbee, close enough to everything. A nice, short walk to restaurants, shops and galleries - a must stay. If you can opt for the larger rooms with the kitchen, nice for families - they are very roomy, well decorated, comfortable and are a nice retreat from the riggers of traveling in the SW.

This was our third stay here and we always look forward to it. The complimentary 2 bottles of wine (one red and one white) are a nice touch. New visitors to Bisbee rapidly discover one of the best features is the off street parking. Guests have been known to have to drag their luggage some distance when staying at other facilities. The rooms are very tastefully done and we always enjoy a happy hour on the balcony just people watching in this quaint artist colony type community. It is only a short walk to the Cafe Roka which is one of the top places to eat in Bisbee.

Fred and Anita have thought of everything - their Copper City Inn is exceptionally beautifully appointed, with all the comforts of a luxury hotel, and more. We spent four days staying with them in the Warren Suite, which was very roomy, cool when necessary and warm enough at night. The balcony is lovely, but a little exposed to street noise, something like a small hotel we once stayed in, in Paris. If you are bothered by the street activity, there is a lovely small quiet seating area in the back on the upper deck, where you access the laundry facilities. Breakfast is a voucher for the best scones, muffins...between Bisbee and San Francisco. You will not be disappointed with this inn.

Bisbee is a wonderful place in many ways. Our complimentary continental breakfast voucher at the High Desert Market illustrates one of the ways folks from out of town can get a 'feel' for the tempo of the town. With all goods made from scratch, the continental breakfast at the Market is a far cry from the stale store bought overly sugared rolls that many places offer. thank you for your review.

The Cooper City Inn is ideally located, and accommodating for a Bisbee AZ getaway. The rooms are brand new and perfectly appointed. Of particular appeal is each has a balcony that overlook upper main street, catches the morning sun while shading the hot afternoon and totally excellent for sipping wine and watching the Bisbee scheme unfold below. Virtually everything in Old Bisbee is within walking distance.

When we travel we prefer places with balconies in order to get some sense of the movement of a place. We do have a handy location too. Thanks for your review.

All was ready for us when we arrived even including a bottle of wine! Location is right on main street so we easily walked most of the time. Also, parking was extremely handy right in front of the inn off the main street. Room was beautifully decorated in mission style with balcony facing the main street. Would have liked brighter lighting especially in kitchen area but that was a minor inconvenience! Would definitely recommend the Copper City Inn for a Bisbee stay!

Thank you for taking time to write such a nice review. We're quite lucky that our location is a combination of quiet and accessible for our guests. As a new-but looks old- building it is easier to clean than some of the older buildings in town.

The Copper City Inn is right where you want it to be, near the shops, bars and restaurants - but not too near. With the bottles of wine each night, the Blueberry muffin and coffee in the morning at the High Sester Market - it was a very relaxing visit.

My wife and I hadn't been in Bisbee since the late 80s and were gratified to see that it isn't too Yupped up or Boulderized. The Copper City Inn is just a few steps from the busier section of town so it is convenient wtihout being in the maw (such as it is) of downtown Bisbee.
The lodgings were spacious and comfortable, and though we didn't use the kitchen much it is almost full-sized and definitely well-equipped. This location isn't exactly budget priced but I think it is a good value.
