This cozy little hotel is located in the heart of "Old Bisbee". Everything was within a one or two minute walk. The hotel (presumably a renovated apartment building) was old, but showed character rather than age. The hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and large windows reminded me of the turn-of-the-century house I grew up in. The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy and clean. And especially important when Bisbee had its first real snowstorm in many, many years, the hearter worked great! Wendy and Brien (the managers) were always asking how I was doing and whether I needed anything. I loved staying at the Canyon Rose and will do so again!

Just got back from spending two nights at the Canyon Rose Suites. It was immaculate, three room suite, for a really good price. Right in town, so we didn't have to drive, once we were there. Quiet. It was great to have three rooms for what most places charge for one. Would definately go back. Town is quaint. Good restaurants. A good, fun time, and if you love to walk, it's interesting to walk up the hills to see all the houses built into side of mountain. A good adventure for us, and we will go back

Beware of the managers. Pleasant enough during the normal check-in/check-out. If you need to make a complaint, be prepared for a battle. Our heat went off during the night. When I brought it up to the managers, instead of a discussion they accused me of lying and trying to bolt on the bill. I had to dispute through my credit card company to eventually get a partial refund. What should have been a pleasant romantic experience in a quaint town is just a bad memory.

We really enjoyed the Canyon Rose as the suite was very comfortable and IMMACULATE, linens & pillows smelled fresh and just washed, bed comfortable. HBO movies/VCR. Herbal tea and bottled water supplied as well. Close to everything. Owners very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
