The Good: Good location central to Old Town Bisbee.
The bed was reasonably comfortable. The towels were in very good condition. The shampoo was good quality. The sheets were good quality. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent (though we could have used milk (not cream) for the cereal.

The Bad: Noise from the bar till 2 a.m. (earplugs provided were not my style). Room was tiny, claustrophobic, window looked out on an airshaft, bathroom was smelly, looked like the restaurant bthroom in the back of a pizza shop and needed renovation. Didn't like having to register in the "saloon" at 8:30 pm.

The Bisbee Grand: We survived but wont be staying there again. There are other places in town we'd consider trying first.

This is just a wonderful place to stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast on the balcony is really enjoying. Hotel location is central and you can walk to nearby bars, restaurants and attractions. There is also a bar within the hotel that is alot of fun.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at the Bisbee Grand and I found this establishment absolutely charming. The hotel staff were attentive, courteous and extremely friendly. Now granted it wasn't the W, but if that's what I was looking for I would have went to Manhattan not an old west mining town. The owner of the establishment gave me the grand tour of the hotel and a brief history of the town and I have to say my stay in Bisbee Arizona was all too short. I'll definately be returning again to see more of this amazing town and will absolutely stay at this hotel.

If you are looking for a wonderful hotel experience, step back in time and visit this amazing hotel. My husband and I found the Bisbee Grand to be a wonderfully unique escape. Each room had their own theme overflowing in character and charm. The suites were HUGE and very reasonably priced. The connecting saloon looked like it came out of an old western movie and was full of life. The pool tables and antique furnishings added to the ambience. The prime hotel location is set downtown within walking distance to several fabulous shops and restaurants. The "continental breakfast" turned out to be quite the elegant feast full of goodies I wanted to take back home with me! The staff was very friendly and accomodating and made our stay even more memorable. The new owners have made this hotel a warm, inviting getaway and we can't wait to come back for another visit! Thanks for making it so special!
