Like many in here I am not sure where to start!! I was there on business travel and this was the closest to the hospital.
Cons:
1. The paper thin walls where I spent one night listening to a man talk to his wife on the phone (yes, it was that clear through the walls and no he was not yelling) or hearing people talk after they exit the bar even though you are on the 3rd floor. I truly believe there is no insulation to this building to keep the rooms quiet.
2. A bed that was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I haven't felt pillows like that for 20 years, the small ones with foam chunks in them. Every morning my colleagues and I would moan about feeling like we slept on the ground.
3. Not being able to turn the loud obnoxious bathroom fan off while doing your hair or makeup. Very annoying!

Rooms were very outdated for the price you pay a night. Poor service in the hotel restaurant. Elevator was always dirty.

Pros:
If you can put up with no expectations from the hotel, then there is a view of the Mountain Peaks to die for!

Horrible shrew problem! When a family asked to move rooms because the shrews were in their room, the person at the counter informed them that shrew's can climb stairs so there's no need to move. That didn't go over well at all.

Room service was below average. It would have taken less time to take a shower, get dressed, go down/order, and then take back to the room.

Maids came in, took the trash, left no trash bags, took the towels and didn't leave any new ones. Lots of taking going on, not much putting back.

This could be a very nice place to stay with a little work and a little customer service. We had a larger group so we were limited on where we could go. I would never go there with just my family if there was any way to avoid it.

It reeked of cigarettes, although I couldn’t find anywhere that allowed smoking. I was on the third floor (the top), and yet all I could hear was music and all I could feel was the bass from the karaoke night at the bar (basement floor). I had to call down to the front desk numerous times to ask them to at least turn the bass down. There was absolutely no reason for any hotel to have such crummy sleeping atmosphere, and believe me, it was a horrible night of sleep. To top it all off…I found a lovely inhumane mouse trap behind the t.v. This is a fairly new hotel…and I have to say it is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I will never again invest my money into this hotel. The only good thing to this hotel, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional!!

Poor customer service, paper thin walls, obviously cut costs in construction, shrew infestation, intermittent hot water supply to rooms, lack of basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion), lack of concern for guest's safety and comfort, pool unavailable due to "maintenance", uncomfortable beds and pancake flat pillows, and over-priced.
