I'm not even sure where to begin...I stayed one night, Saturday, March 15. It smelled of cigarI’m not even sure where to begin…I stayed one night, Saturday, March 15, 2008. It reeked of cigarettes, although I couldn’t find anywhere that allowed smoking. I was on the third floor (the top), and yet all I could hear was music and all I could feel was the bass from the karaoke night at the bar (basement floor). I had to call down to the front desk numerous times to ask them to at least turn the bass down. There was absolutely no reason for any hotel to have such crummy sleeping atmosphere, and believe me, it was a horrible night of sleep. To top it all off…I found a lovely inhumane mouse trap behind the t.v. This is a fairly new hotel…and I have to say it is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I will never again invest my money into this hotel. The only good thing to this hotel, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional!!

Poor customer service, paper thin walls, obviously cut costs in construction, shrew infestation, intermittent hot water supply to rooms, lack of basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion), lack of concern for guest's safety and comfort, pool unavailable due to "maintenance", uncomfortable beds and pancake flat pillows, and over-priced.

I am not impressed with this hotel, but it it isn't the worst I have stayed at. Our beds are not comfortable, and the pillows are really lumpy. But I think the worst thing is that right outside our window (room 215, avoid it!)is some sort of security type light that is on for 30 seconds and then off for a minute and a half. ALL NIGHT LONG - very annoying, and makes it difficult to sleep. Upon looking at the outside of the building I noticed that there are several of these lights, but only this one is directly over a window - lucky me. I was going to ask the front desk clerk if anything could be done about it, but she was so busy telling someone on the phone about how upset she was with her husband, that I decided to go on my way instead. Just not thrilled with this place. Rooms are average size and quality, Bathroom does have a nice granite countertop, but there seems to be no way to turn on the exhaust fan, weird. Low quality towels, and bedding. Won't stay again.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi room which was very clean and huge. The towels were thin but not a big deal really. Refridgerator and microwave which
almost always comes in handy. Views were great. There was a big window
by the jacuzzi which had views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was a little slow but the food was yum when it finally came. The one thing i was disappointed with here was the staff, on check in we didnt get a smile and felt like we were interupting something (solitaire maybe??) at check out we handed over our keys and got asked which room we stayed in, we let her know then she looked up the details in the computer and looked at us and said
'bye' in a tone that was like why are you still standing here. I think
the only member of staff that i saw smile was when we paid for our room service! Another thing that im not into was all the dead animal heads mounted on the wall of the lower level, i guess its kind of Alaskan though but still yuck if you ask me
