“WOW what a hotel, fantastic relaxing holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

We have just got back form staying at the this hotel for a week, which was far too short. The hotel is small, 140 rooms and the service is unbelievable. The only reason you have to get up to to use the toilet and to eat.
Management and staff ask frequently if there is anything you need, want or can suggest to make improvements. Me being me actually thought about this, but we couldn't think of a single thing they could improve.
I asked why it was a four star and not five and this is because it is not the closest hotel to the beach, you need to walk for approximatly 2 mins! If you are after a lively 'british style resort' then you will be dissapointed. This is a little piece of paradise for pure relaxation. Would I go again? OH YES we have already booked.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 666 but I don't think any of the rooms would be a problem

“Wonderful holiday, the staff can't do enough and exceeded all expectations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

Arrived back in the UK on 6th February after a week at this hotel. It is just fantastic to enjoy a winter break. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed and one feels at home. It was notable that many of the guests had stayed there before. It is quite a small hotel so very friendly as well, which you don't get with the bigger hotels. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with a private area for the hotel. but once there you have a beach bar serving your inclusive drinks and snacks. There is a long jetty out over the water that gives access to the extensive reef and if you are into snorkelling this is paradise. You can also just swim out from the beach and the coral and fish are amazing. There is a dive school for serious divers but when you can see a manta ray with just snorkelling gear why bother. Would recommend to anyone, probably the best hotel I've stayed in for service and hospitality,
.

“Better than excellent and exceeded all expectations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

We have just returned from a two week holiday and were blown away by this hotel; from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were looked after in a manner that was both friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
This hotel is the smallest of the 5 around the bay which was why we chose it as we much prefer a small and personal hotel, our room was absolutely huge (family room) but with much more space than expected, lovely bathroom with wet room shower, plenty of storage for both clothes and bags. We had bottled water delivered every day as part of the AI along with an assortment of swans, flowers a monkey and on my Birthday even a cake (all made of towels) our room boy was fastidious in his cleaning and our room as absolutely spotless. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and scrupulously tidy. The food was really good with a great selection in the main restaurant, chefs always on hand to talk to you or help if needed and the service staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were so happy and helpful. The beach and pool bars were an eye opener as both had their own chefs and all of the snacks cooked from scratch and to order. The bar staff again friendly, helpful and happy we soon knew everyone’s names from Management to room boy (I won't single any out here as every single one of them would deserve a mention) which was definitely the type of hotel we hoped we had booked. I cannot sing this Hotel's praises enough all I can say is try it you will not be disappointed.
We were told that the massages were expensive but every good, we did a deal and had one each, each week they were in my mind good value and worth every penny.
We saw several of the animations teams evening productions all of which were very good, like the hotel the animation team is small but perfectly formed, just 5, always on hand to play the usual holiday games during the day but not remotely pushy if you just wanted to lie in the sun.
The pool area and private beach were both again clean and well cared for but also quite and relaxing.
The bay area has an amazing house reef where we spent many an hour diving and snorkelling there is an abundance of life right on your doorstep and easily accessed from the purpose built jetty.
There are a selection of shops in and around the souk area an I am sure you really can buy anything you might need.

“This is a great place to stay, will be going back.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013 via mobile

This is just a fantastic hotel to enjoy a winter break. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed and one feels at home. It was notable that many of the guests had stayed there before. The only slight disadvantage is the 5 minute walk to the beach, but once there you have a beach bar serving your inclusive drinks and snacks. There is a long jetty out over the water that gives access to the extensive reef and if you are into snorkeling this is paradise. There is a dive school for serious divers but when you can see a manta ray with just snorkeling gear why bother. So pack mask flippers and snorkel anf go and enjoy or just laze in the sunshine and chat to other guests as my wife did.

“gem in the oasis”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

Fantastic small hotel (by eygtian size) staff dealt with everything with a smile, nothing was too much trouble, food was best ive had in a dozen visits to eygpt. Beach a few minutes away with a private area for the hotel. Not much around if shopping is your thing, some will be built out on the main road soon, water park behind hotel , reef is excellent , better if you swim to the right pass the bouys, saw dolphins turtles as well as the usual red sea delights, over all a great week, even if it did rain for thefirsttime in years!
