The food is terrible even the "safe" options of pasta and pizza are a joke despite there being a resident Italian Chef. The restaurant is like a canteen, food is terrible, menu repetitive and food often unrecognisable "mush", Chicken was on the menu almost every day. The Gala Dinner on the Saturday night was the only time an effort to provide half decnt food was made. I saw staff picking up slices of cold meat with hands and putting on a customer's plate. There was a weekend influx of locals who go straight to the front of the queue for everything and who also pick up food from the serving dishes with their hands. I saw bar staff repeatedly drying glasses and cups and then wiping their sweaty faces with the same tea towel. Drinks are served in small plastic cups, beer is from a bottle of "stella" but you are poured about a third of a cup. If you want the bottle you have to pay. This was an all inclusive holiday and for that we got beach towels and food, fruit juice had to be paid for, the non alcoholic squashes were powders mixed with water. Wines were terrible and served hot. If you wanted a decent coffee this also had to be paid for. The staff have no idea of manners or customer service at all. The hotel itself is quite nice if in need of a bit of TLC lots of nice seating areas away from the crowds but no service is provided in these areas, in fact no service is provided anywhere, you have to go and get everything yourself which is a bit strange as these people are doing themselves out of the chance to make a few tips.. The only good thing about this place is the beach and the Snorkeling from the jetty which is great, turtles and dolphins can be seen close by as well as a good range a colourful fish. However this is in danger of being spoilt by the hoards of loud and noisy Italians who seem to enjoy harassing the sealife. All signage is in Italian only and the place appears to cater for the not too particular section of that community otherwise I'm sure the food and drink would be much better.

The hotel is oriented on italy customers. The food was delicious, enough enterteiment , nice sea. I could recommend this hotel for small children. The staff was friendly only if you give some tips. We hat all inclusive, but they didn´t have 4days white wine in all bars in the hotel. The beer was often hot not cold. The massage team in the relax part was grade.

We have just come back from 1 week at this hotel,thank god it wasn't 2.Do not go to this hotel,unless slimming world or weight watchers isn't working for you because we can guarantee you will come back alot lighter than you went.We travelled as 2 adultsand 4 kids 14,13,11 and 3.Its awful,i read the reports before we went and expected little but we got alot less than that.Food awful,staff awful,hotel outdated,pool tiles sharp and dangerous and yes nearly all the guests are italian.Theres nothing for the kids as the animation team don't speak or won't speak english so games during the day are a non starter and as for the eveninhg unless you can speak italian don't bother going to any shows.Oh yes and the alcohol,served during the day in plastic vending cups and very lucky if you got any alcohol in it!!! Don't try and shower in the evening when getting ready to go to the canteen for dinner as it's guaranteed to be cold thats if you can get the shower to work! if not you can have a bath in brown tea looking water.Theres nowhere to get money,you have to take a taxi to another hotel and its 30 euros return.On the plus side weathers fantastic.Please,please,please do not waste your money on a holiday here.
