just dirty and very mean staff there.......we were treated in a very bad way.....:(

I just returned from this hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms, although require refreshing. We were in the office Alpha Star at a great price, great experience. Beautiful reef. Reefs at Sharm and Hurghada to hide. we saw moray, turtle, manta rays, but you need water, for example wejśćdo at 6.30 then it is transparent and a greater diversity of fish. We recommend to all, was sorry to leave. Certainly come back. I recommend: people who appreciate peace

-All staff were great and very professional.
-All the rooms has either a balcony or a small outside area with furniture, room was a bit dated but clean and tidy. No complaints at all. (I can't do hard beds, but my partner found the beds great)
Great location on the beach, well planned resort, with a large clean and well taking care of swimming pool, 45 min from Airport. (But there is nothing else around except desert, and a other resorts and a few small tourist shops.
I loved the food, lot's of nice salads and fish everyday... (and cakes) I could not drink the wine, (red or white) it was really, really bad just cheep and nasty. (So bring your own, very expensive to buy locally and still bad quality) But beer was great!!! Lager 5%
I also absolutely loved the egyptian massage, I have had many in my life but this was the best ever.

My sister & I found the staff very helpful. The food was good and you could have as much or as little as you wanted. Very clean resort with good facilities for all age groups. We were the only English there, more need to go and discover the fabulous location this hotel is set and the friendly staff who go out of their way to help.
