My wife and I stayed at the St Regis with the help of Pacific for Less, and they were also able to secure us a table at this amazing restaurant. We took a boat over from the resort and the restaurant picked us up and brought us. There are only 6 tables I do believe. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and the music is soothing. My wife and I decided to take the suggestions of other Tripadvisor people and try the pre-fixe menu. She had the Polynesian menu and I had the french menu. We sat right next to the piano and gave us a perfect view of Chef Damian as he cooked our meals. He would even poke his head out and wave to us and smile as we were eating.
Now to the food...WOW!!!!!
I will post pictures of the food for you to see but let me tell you this food was by far the best we have EVER had. The lobster risotto was killer, the beef tenderloin with vanilla gnocci was so tender and creamy, and the foie gras was actually really good. I was never a fan of it, but Chef Damian made it perfectly.
If you can make reservations for this restaurant, please make sure you do. The price is crazy, but for what you are served and the delicacy Chef Damian has it is WELL worth the price.
