We unfortunately booked a 2 week non-refundable package here. The owners are extremely rude. We were yelled at and also had a door slammed in our faces when we asked queried the internet vouchers purchased. We recommend for visitors here not to purchase internet as they tell you it is $49 for 1 week, only to give you 7 hours. When I advised the old man a lightbulb had blown and he had to come and inspect, he said "you must be joking". They will not only be extremely rude to you but they may try and find a way to charge you money for services that they cannot properly provide.

On a positive note, the room was very clean and the cleaners were extremely polite and did an excellent job. The rooms are a decent size and they actually did have a coffee maker when we were here. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Owners ruined our stay - We are currently negotiating with our travel agent to be relocated for the remaining 4 days.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well managed. We paid NZ$95 for a one-bedroom unit, which was good value. The kitchen was not the best we had in NZ (no coffee maker - fury!) and the cooker itself had not been dusted, but the kitchen was otherwise clean and adequate. Mattress a little soft for our taste.
