This was a first visit to Turkey. From the first day we were made to feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble for Hulya, Kamuran and their staff. What a beautiful setting on the river, and the scenery is wonderful. We spent many happy hours relaxing by and swimming in the pool, when not out and about, we felt very spoiled as the service for drinks and food was excellent. What a lovely couple they are. I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed, thanks to Hulya and Kamuran. She is a great cook as well! Thanks to them for a wonderful holiday.

Kamuran & his family Hulya & Dennisalp go out of their way to make your stay at their hotel a great experience.
You can lay by the large swimmimg pool sipping cocktails or drinking the E.F.S (Turkish BEER) while being served lovely meals or take a moonlight cruise on the lake and enjoy Kamurans barbecue.
The Yunus hotel is situated right on the Dalyan river at the foot of fantastic pine clad mountains.
Which ever way you look you cannot help but have your breath taken a way with the views both in and around the hotel.
The hotel rooms are all on the ground floor level with air conditioning, rooms are serviced every day!!
All rooms are en-suite with shower and are of marble, pine & ceramic make up.
There is a telephone in all of the rooms.
When you stay with this family there is a special atmosphere created which will attract you back year after year. It did to us, this was our 14th stay and will be returning for some more on the 26th July 2006

We have stayed with Kamuran and Hulya our hosts for the last 10 years in Dalyan, the Hotel Yunus is a new venture for them - what a wonderful retreat set on the banks of the river which runs from lake Koycegiz to the coast. The 23 air conditioned rooms are all single storey - beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped with a large shower room. Outside there is a large pool, beautiful spacious lawns adorned with many different varieties of shrubs and plants, a large well stocked bar area, a Turkish seating area and tables and sitting areas on a jetty where you can spend hours fishing or just watching the river boats sail by with outstanding scenery towards the lake and across to the mountains. A boatman is available to take you wherever you wish to go - the beach, to Caunos, into Dalyan itself, across to the mudbaths, to view the river turtles at dawn, to the sulphur springs or just to cruise the lake itself, canoes are also there for you to use. Kamuran also organises evening barbecues on the lake besides trips to wherever you'd like to go - Saklikent, Yuvulechay are 2 examples.
In all our worldwide travels we have never experienced such wonderful hospitality, that is why we always try to return 2 or 3 times a year and we're not the only ones !! and by the way Hulya's cooking is superb - a very substantial breakfast plus lunch and dinner meals can be ordered any day. It's all worth a try,we doubt if anyone will be disappointed - see you there Helen and Rod
