Stayed here for one day as part of the "Dalyan Day Trip" which included hot mud bath/turtle beach.

Where to start!!!!!

Well first it is situated in the middle of nowhere up a long sand/pebble/dust track (scary to walk along at night with few lights to see by).

The pool is close to a death trap with sharp edges and water that falls out of the pool lies around in little puddles that MUST be the main breeding ground for the mozzies that fed on us once darkness fell.

The younger staff made my wife and I feel about as welcome as a fart in a space suit, their attitude and lack of all but the most basic English led to us feeling that at best we were in their way and at worst the targets of outright hostility.

The food I cannot comment on as when asked about the time of dinner we were told "7.....9......7......9", we tried to confirm that by this was meant 7 to 9 and were again given vague flaps of the hand. We therefore went off and bought dinner elsewhere.

The room was a bit like a quaint late 60s-70s sitcom. No kettle, no TV (only a broken 40 year old radio). Garish green paint was the choice of decor and small single beds just big enough for an average sized man.

The lights were at best 40 watt giving the room an air of desperation.

As you can tell we didn't like it and we were not the only people in our group to complain

And this was only after staying there for a few hours I would NEVER want to stay there for a week.

To paraphrase some of my fellow travellers "it's like the kinda place you check into to commit suicide", or, "it's like the place from Hostel".

I might not go that far.......but we came close.

We also stayed in this hotel as part of a First Choice trip and were absolutely disgusted! When you pull up it looks like a seedy American Motel. No hot water, mould in the shower, dim lighting in the rooms, dangerous sharp edges around the pool and only 9 sunbeds for the whole of the hotel. We were so disgusted that it almost ruined our holiday. We had a lovely time for the whole of our holiday but the last 5-6 hours in this hotel really put a damper on it. We were so shocked that First Choice would even deal with this hotel.

This was booked as a one night transfer to airport,it was booked in a package through Thomas Cook.To include mud baths, meal ,Turtle Beach and a one night stop in hotel for transfer to airport. All i can say it was filthy im just so glad we were only in that room for approx 4 hrs this was long enough.they wanted £5 for air conditioning for 4 hrs.The resturant cooked half my families meal then informed us that the other half would be ready in 10 mins. The room was tiny had a mini fridge which had been turned off and the door was shut, when we opend it it was full of black mould. The tiles in the bathroom where white with black filthy grout..yukkkk.the sink had hair in so as i wiped it out with tissue i could feel the scum all around the bowl...this is easily the worst ,grottiest hotel i have ever stayed in...it is not recommended.

“Lovely little hotel”

A lovely little 3 star half-board hotel, only 15 mins walk away from Dalyan centre for evening meal/drinks in bar. Stayed here only one night as part of the First Choice Dalyan transfer trip (£38 per person for trip to mud baths/restaurant/river cruise/turtle beach and evening meal and overnight stay here in this hotel with transfer to airport at 3am the following day) and it was ideal. Much better than the appartment we had for the other 6 nights of our holiday in Marmaris. A much more quieter and "toned down" part of Turkey I'd love to visit again!
