We ate here based on recommendations from other guests at our hotel on their 13th, 14th 15th visits to Dalyan.
Limes has only been open a few months and the food was amazing, and the restaurant was very busy despite it being out of the main centre and it would be difficult to "stumble" across it. It is the food which encourages diners back time after time.
The restaurant is very modern, over 2 floors and the food is cooked in view of diners downstairs - the smell from the kitchen is "WOW" and the service is very very good. Nice little touches include a small mezes starter with bread to share for free, and a silver dish topped up with Turkish Delight after your meal with the bill.
The food was amazing - the Turkish mixed grill was immaculate! We often saw a waiter rush past with a "sizzler" held above his head to let it steam away in the street before seving it to the guests, they looked absolutely amazing and I will be trying it in October when we return to Dalyan!
The best we ate at in Dalyan - just! Aubergine runs it close but it was the small touches that just edged it. read my "Aubergine" review for a comparison both served truly outstanding food!
