“Nice food and villas and amazing service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013 via mobile

I am staying here for 12 days and it has been a week since I arrived and so far my family and I are more than pleased with everything! The villas are very nice and the air con (which costs 5 TL a day but is worth it) is lovely and cooling, there is a fairly large pool (which comes in handy after a day walking around in the town!), the food is tasty, the drinks and food are both fairly priced, there is a cool chilling out hut with the traditional turkish style chairs and tables (a low coffee table and cushions to sit on). We also went on a boat trip Mithat (The owner(very welcoming and kind)) organized which you could ask him to organize and every one at the complex can go to. You do crabbing, a BBQ, a swim around an island and free drinks + dinner and an all around great time! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! This part is a reccomendation though bring some ear plugs because there is a mosque a few blocks down the street and a cockerel next door but eventually (a night or so) you get used to it and sleep through it.

Adilan Villas situated in beautiful grounds 10-15 minutes from center.
Location is peaceful, owners cannot do enough for you & friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Accommodation is very good standard & airconditioning works so well often turn off at night.
Lovely well maintained pool & refreshments.

We enjoyed a boat trip organised by the owners & all I can say is speechless was a magical day I'll never forget.

Would I come again, you bet I would.

Adilan villas are inland, so expect cows, chickens, cockerels and owls! We had a villa with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and a hammock. The owner is very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Adilan villas are a 5 min walk into town or you can ge a taxi for a few lira. We had a lovely holiday.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2012

we stayed at adilan villas in august and i have to say that i have never visited a more spotlessly clean well kept complex.
we had a 2 bedroom villa on two floors with its own patio (and hammock) and two bathrooms (essential with 2 teenage daughters). there is a small balcony upstairs but not for sitting on as its a small one.
the villas have plenty of room, and have a wardrobe, dressing table, beside cabinets and mirror in each room.....the bathrooms lead off rom the bedrooms and are adequately sized although a little strange to have frosted glass windows in them (this was a bit awkward for my daughters but nothing that a towel hung over the window couldnt sort out).
the kitchen area is well equiped for standard self catering and has a good sized fridge.
the villas are kept exceptionally clean by the maid and our towels and linen were changed 3 times in two weeks.
the pool is a very good size, is 1.80 (could be 1.70) metres deep throughout and is also very clean and well kept....it is cleaned every morning and opens for swimming at 10am.
the grounds are excellent and there is a small bar area and a covered soft seating area with coffee tables.
mithat is a hardworking and excellent host who is always ready to offer help whenever you need it (he even took us into town instead of us ordering a taxi and whenever he went to the supermarket, asked if we wanted anything getting).
the boat trip organised by mithat and his brother adil was excellent and very good value for money, £22 which included a barbeque and all drinks.
the mosque is right next door and i can almost guarantee it will wake you on your first morning at 5am but its not really a problem....its part of turkeys culture and should be respected....you soon get used to it and to be honest you soon dont even notice it. besides, if the mosque doesnt wake you, the cockerels will ha ha.
i cant really fault the adilan at all, it really was that nice. there are only two things i would like to point out though. if you have small children (Or any alcoholics) you would probably be better off with a 2 bedroom apartment instead of a villa as the spiral marble staircase in the villas is very steep and slippy if you get it wet. it wasnt a problem for us but then we have teenagers who (apparently) are a bit more sensible.
secondly, as said previously, it is good walk into the town. its about 20 minutes and is on flat ground but there isnt any shade so although its not tiring, you get very hot....this is easily rectified by getting a taxi which cost us 10 lira (just under £4).
the complex itself consists of 4 villas and 4 2 bedroom apartments and is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. the beds are comfy and the beer is cold (and only 6ytl a bottle)....what more do you want?

thankyou mithat and adil for an excellent 2 week holiday...im sure we'll be back

Room Tip: all villas are right next to the pool...you cant pick a bad one (but villa 3 gets the shade on the p...

Very nice apartments situated in the countryside about 12 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and 20 minutes walk from the river. Set in pretty gardens with a nice pool, our first floor 2 bedroom apartment had a beautiful view across the orange groves to the mountains, we could see the nesting storks from our window. Very quiet with the exception of the resident insomniac cockerels from the farm next door and the mosque adjacent to the property!
The family were friendly and most helpful and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The apartment was comfortable, had a modern bathroom and was well furnished but we felt the cookware provided may not suit a family who intended to truly self cater, it didn't bother us as other than breakfast, we eat out every day. We would definitely recommend the Adilan but wouldn't like to walk into town in the heat of the summer as there is no shade whatever on the road so unless you have transport or use taxis don't consider if you have small children or mobility problems. Their website is very accurate but does not have a address, our transport had problems finding it, Adilan Villas and Apartments is situated on Metinler Caddesi, the road between Dalyan and Okçular adjacent to the mosque.

Have just returned from a lovely week's break at Adilan Villas. About 20 minute walk out of Dalyan, cab fare between 10 - 15 YTL. Mihtat lent me a bike on a couple of occasions to pop to the shops. Our 13 and 8 year old kids loved the place - really nice bar area which is very comfortable for an aperitif before dinner, or a pool-side lunch or game of Uno!
Stayed in one of the duplex villas - very spacious in comparison with other Dalyan accommodation I've stayed in, with comfortable sofas in the lounge area and lots of space in the ensuite bedrooms.
Clean towels and bed-linen provided once during the week, which is enough for us, and our washing up done for us if, in our rush to get out and about and enjoy the many delights of Dalyan we left dirty pots in the sink!
The pool is lovely and clean, and again a decent size in comparison with other Dalyan hotels and apartment complexes.
Had a poolside bbq on our last evening which was really delicious, and visited Adil's restaurant in town a couple of evenings - Mihtat gave us a lift in, but usually we'd walk into town and get a cab back in the evening.
Did the Jeep Safari this time which was excellent value, breath-taking scenery, lunch on a terrace across the river, afternoon tea in a Turkish house and a great insight into how hard the local people work the land. Pomegranates, sesame, cotton all being harvested during last week in October. Only downside to the jeep safari is it's a very bumpy and dusty ride. The kids loved it but perhaps not recommmended for anyone who's got back or neck problems.
Also did the 12 islands cruise on a gullet (Turkish sailboat) much better than the double- decker engine boat I've been on before. Both trips booked through Yesil Dalyan and both recommended.
