Sure, the word paradise is overused, but it just keeps coming to mind! I spent 3 days in Çıralı at the end of a 2-week trip to Turkey. The entire trip was great, but this is the place I most want to return to. Bariş is a small, quiet, and affordable family-run place with beautiful gardens, excellent food, and super-nice people. The "amenities" include things like hammocks and homemade marmalade and a flock of chickens, not luxury spa treatments and infinity pools, so it will not be for everyone - but it is just one of those places where such care is taken with everything that it feels wrapped in a charming spell.
The rooms are basic, but clean and airy. My room had the typical Turkish bathroom, with toilet, sink, and shower in the same space - could smell a little musty if the windows were closed... that's really my sole criticism. Bariş is right across the road from the beach which is nice since many of the other places are a little further up the hill. The beach itself is gorgeous, over a mile long with sand and pebbles (everyone wears sandals up to the water line then kicks them off) and backed by mountains. The water is crystal clear and in the beginning of Sept, when I was there, was perfectly warm for swimming, even a little hot in the middle of the day.
