Trang is an utter joy and seeing her at breakfast was a sunny way to start each day, regardless of the weather! Nam was helpful as well with good command of English and local tours. The socked-in weather prevented us from seeing much from our mountain view room which had a nice old world feel. It's cold without central heating, but the heated bed pads under the sheets made it cozy. It's a short walk to town, but ideally close to Cat-Cat. Breakfasts were super yummy and filling. Recommended!

This hotel is a bit distance away from the town centre and market but it is quiet and has a nice view and environment. Ms Trang is a very efficient staff who runs the whole hotel inclusive of cashier, receptionist and help in the restaurant too! She is very attentive and caters to our needs promptly. It meets the standard of a 3 star hotel and has a heater blanket to keep us warm, the meals are tasty and quite a selection. Overall, a pleasant experience to stay in Sapa Eden.

We booked our trip with HalongSapa tours and stayed at this hotel. The room was large and had electric blanket which was great since It was extremely cold at Sapa. Restaurant had great views and excellent service. The front desk arranged a car for part of the trek since the trail was slippery.

Room Tip: Close to shopping with designer jackets and bags at good price

Stayed for 5 nights in this lovely hotel. Arrived early from the Hanoi night train and was served coffee and checked in within 20 mins. The staff here are brilliant. very friendly and happy, especially Trang who served me a lovely breakfast everyday with a smile. location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the market and some great coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and more than adequate.... everything you need, tea and coffee making facilities, fast wi-fi, flatscreen tv, should you wanna watch tv, comfy beds (fairly hard but thats to my liking) and heated blankets if you visit in the colder months. plenty of power outlets and lighting, lovely balcony with great view. bathroom is spacious and shower has one of those funky rain heads which runs very hot if you want it, but will cool down if you take a long time to shower. laundry service is same day and good quality. The restaurant on the top floor has amazing views and breakfast is included in the room price. Overall i reckon this hotel is great and i'd stay here again for sure! Dave

We stayed for one cold night. The rooms were quite nice although the shower head placement in the bathroom meant everything has to be moved out if you want to shower (towels, toilet paper etc). The hot water is limited and you must wait for the water to reheat before another shower can be taken. Electric blankets are provided and the room had an effective heater. The breakfast was enjoyable with great service and we had an evening meal cooked for us which was delicious. The staff in the hotel went out of their way to provide very good and friendly service.

We had a tour organised by the hotel which was initially very good as we descended into the valley, we were accompanied by 6 - 8 Block Hmong, Red Dao ladies. As described by other reviewers we walked about 12 kilometres into the valley before being herded into a building and a scrum formed with the ladies pressuring us into buying the various local craft items. We would have bought the craft items if there had been a shop but this pressure was a little over the top. In addition we were not shown anything of the village life rather the focus was getting us to buy their goods which soured the experience.

All the staffs are so friendly and they made us felt so warmly welcomed. They are willing to listen to our requests and they are well prepared to make our trip the most unforgettable one. They also took us to the supermarket where the local people go to buy their daily needs. At there, we were able to buy wonderful food stuffs as souvenir for our friends back in Malaysia.
We had 8 meals during our 3-day-stay and the food was excellent all the time. All the meals were really delicious, big portion and the most important thing is, the staffs had really put a lot of efforts at preparing the food for us. For breakfast, you must try their bread (so crispy outside and so soft inside), coffee (smelled so good) and sandwiches (taste great).
The location of the hotel was great. Great view from the restaurant and our room. No elevator but it was so fun to walk up and down the spiral staircase.
