“Great soup and sandwich”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2014

Fresh ingredients makes this place a gem. Set up more as a coffee and tea house they serve great food at reasonable prices. The only quibble would be they do not serve sodas in any manner, but water was probably better for me. LOL. Would definately go back. Location is easy just a block East and South from Fred Meyer.

“Who'd thought in Palmer this little gem!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2014

I was in Palmer for work and we had a reservation at Turkey Red. I had NO idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing you notice is that the staff was exceptionally nice, and the menu was diverse and everything looked good. We shared a lot of appetizers and they were all good, and the dinners were equally as yummy. I only ate 1/2 of my dinner b/c the portions were so large and that bummed me out b/c I wanted dessert and had no room for it! Everything is made fresh there, including the mozzarella cheese!
Certainly worth a stop!

“If "different" is your goal this is the place”

Excellent food, prepared differently than I'm used to. I had a sandwich and bowl of their stew last time I was there and really enjoyed the unique flavors and presentation.

“Great lunch and evening dining.”

They come through on their menu items. Well made tasty and not run of the mill American foods - Mediterranean style dining.

“Charming, delicious, and healthy food in little Palmer town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Turkey Red offers some amazing regular dishes on their menu including the steak salad and the BLTC salads. They have spectacular specials including scallops, unique stews, and steak. The desserts are phenomenal. I highly recommend the flour-less chocolate cake. They offer fantastic focacia rolls with ham and cheese or pizza toppings for a very low price. I like to pick these up as an inexpensive lunch to take on the road. The service is intimate and there are always locals chatting in the restaurant.
