“Sure it is touristy - But it was fun!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

Really fun performers, and usual audience rooting and cheering, but it really was worth doing. How can you NOT like chainsaws, logrolling, and crosscut competitions? Go ahead and do it!

“Timber sports with world-class athletes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

This is a fun little timber sports show in Ketchikan, just a few minutes walk from the pier. It's clearly more show than competition, but the guys involved have a great sense of humor and give it 100%. Even our cynical teenager was cheering along with them. It runs about an hour long and the feats of strength and balance are remarkable.

The bleachers are heated, and there is coffee available on those sleepy, cold Alaskan mornings. Wood chips are given out to kids in the audience, so if you child would like one, make sure to sit in a visible location and wave high in the air!

“Rowdy good time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

This was kinda cheesy and obviously staged but a lot of fun. It was an hour total and the competitors were around after the show for photos.

“Fun Show Even in the Rain”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013 via mobile

These athletes put on a great show. While it is depicted as a competition, it is more of a skill show, with lots of comedy touches. This is a great show for the kids. Don't book it through the cruise line, just walk over and buy a ticket. It will save you money. The show is just a few minute walk from the cruise ships. Come prepared to laugh.
