The Rainforest is beautiful, our guide Elliott was very entertaining, and very knowledgeable.
It was raining a little when we arrived at the rain forest which is only a short drive from town. However Ponchos' were provided. The walk was easy, paved and well marked. We saw black bears rustling in the bushes, tour was very informative, we were able to see a lot of salmon, swimming up river and also the remains of salmon which had been part eaten by bears. We saw bald eagles, owls. We visited the workshop of a local craftsman who makes all of the sites Totem Poles. We ended in the gift shop were they had cookies, hot drinks and salmon samples
