Stayed here 3 nights on our recent visit. The first night we were in Room 223 - really nice, large room with Jacuzzi and kitchenette. However, you need to go up a couple of steps to the jacuzzi so not for those with mobility issues. The other two nights we were in another room (just a regular room) which was perfectly fine, but a letdown after our first room. Breakfast was ok - the normal for BW included breakfast with adequate eating space. It's a decent start to the day. Everything was very clean. They have a computer and printer in the lobby which is great for printing boarding passes. The hotel staff is wonderful - very courteous, professional and always ready to pleasantly answer any questions or explain things. We never had much of a wait for pick up/drop offs at airport or ferry on their shuttle. After the first night we left for an overnight in Gustavus and they happily stored our luggage in a locked storage. We used their shuttle into town a couple of times. The last one is at 7:00pm and drops you off across from the Goldbelt Hotel. You can take the bus back for a couple of dollars. It leaves from the side of the Goldbelt hotel and drops you off about a block from the hotel. During the week, the last bus leaves town at 10PM. We found out the hard way, though, that this is not the case on Sunday (not sure about Saturday) so we had to phone for a cab which cost $25. The hotel has lots of pretty hanging flowers, has plenty of parking and is in a great location if you have a car for exploring the glacier, Shrine of St. Therese, etc. Also, in a pinch, right next door is an ok Mexican restaurant. I would definitely recommend it.
