“Nice walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

Approx 20 mns walk from visitor Ctr. Seen nicer fall already, but a nice stroll and the water is strong and it has its own charm.

“You can walk to the foot of these lovely falls”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

It's only a few minutes walk on a good tarmac path through the forest from the Mendenhall Visitor's Center and well worth it. As well as seeing the glacier, you can walk to the foot of this lovely waterfall. We also saw porcupines in the trees as we strolled to the falls. The falls are much bigger than you think. We were fortunate that we visited on a warm and sunny day and the falls were in full flow.

Its worth that little hike from the visitor center.. Wonderful fall and as you get closer, you get to see the force at which this water falls.

“you can do this with Mendenhall glacier visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

well if you are visiting Mendenhall glacier in Juneau if you have time to spare to walk to this fall from Glacier visitor center then you should definitely walk about one and half mile from visitor center to this fall.It is nice walk and on sunny day it is worth the walk. An umbrella is always handy as in Juneau rain can come any time during summer months

“Adjacent to Mendenhall Glacier”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013 via mobile

About a two mile round trip walk along a path that is quite flat - a beautiful opportunity for photographing the variety of growth along the way - the falls are adjacent to Mendenhall Glacier. Just beautiful and worth the walk.
