Menu changes daily based on local sources. The crab dish with asparagus was superb. Highly recommend.

“Quality cuisine in Juneau - finally!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

After years of sharing with fellow travelers to Juneau that there were no real quality dining options, we discovered the Rookery. Cutting edge, creative, a little Seattle in downtown Juneau. Can't wait to return.

“Awesome antidote to cruise ship culture”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

We stopped in Juneau while on a family reunion cruise and we're delighted to find such an excellent restaurant as this. We were enchanted by the service, the atmosphere and the extraordinary food. Cannot say enough good things about the interesting and healthy choices on the menu!

“Great Coffee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013

We never got the chance to eat there but went several times for coffee or tea. They had a nice selection of each and we enjoyed it. Nice ambiance.

“Tasty desserts!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

I stopped in here with my cousin the other day. It was great to step from a cold and rainy Juneau day into a warm and cozy cafe! I had a red velvet brownie and my cousin had a ginger cookie. We both agreed that they were some of the best desserts we had all vacation, including all the desserts we had on a 7 day cruise. The only reason I didn't give 5/5 was that the menu is a tiny bit pricey.
