“YUM!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

Fabulous coffee and service. The French Toast and the Coconut Pancakes are amazing! We spent quite a few mornings at the Saltwater Cafe - so laid back and a lovely setting.

“Expensive average experience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

We pulled up to this little cafe opposite the beach and as is the norm in Rarotonga, the prices were outrageous. We ordered the steak sandwich $15 and it was a lacklustre sandwich with no more than a bit of steak, a piece of tomato and a bit of lettuce. Maybe if they'd put a few fried chips on the side we wouldn't have felt so ripped off. Add on $7 for a rather small smoothie and all up, an expensive average meal. Needless to say, we didn't go back.

“Great food with a great view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013 via mobile

Delicious food looking across the road to the lagoon. A great place for breakfast or lunch. We went back a couple of times. The staff were lovely as well. My pick was the Huevos Rancheros. Highly recommended!

“Equal best place for a feed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

The cafe was an excellent find and surprise. The breakfast was perfect, creative, fresh and inexpensive. The service was impeccable in the friendly and professional way. The mexican influence on a couple of dishes was to die for. The coconut pancakes are still being talked about. The attention to detail was easily the best on the island - everything from the cleanliness of the toilets to the cloth drink coasters and the sparkling cutlery. Would recommend breakfast/lunch there everyday!

“Average Breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

Very close to Sea Change Villas but just average food. Bread just thin loaf and eggs just passable. Did not go back for a second go.
