“A piece of paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

The highlight of this place is the lagoon. Spend as much time on it, in it and around it as possible. There are so many shades of blue happening with the lagoon waters the most magic aquamarine. The air and water temperatures are perfect and the clarity of the water is unbelievable. Really like swimming in your own tropical aquarium. Loads of fun water activities and it's safe. If you're not confident exploring it alone stick with the locals, they know their playground well and are more than willing to share their knowledge with you.

“Worth the trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

Just great, well worth the trip. The stuff of postcards. Photos do not do it justice. Good swimming and snorkeling everywhere.

“Slice of heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

If heaven can be found on our planet it would be found in the Aitutaki Lagoon. You cannot help but be awed by it

“Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

There are many wonderful day trips available that provide everything you need including yummy lunches - just remember you will need to wear LOTS of sunblock even if you tanned already :)

“The perfect lagoon - don't think you'll see anything more beautiful.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2012

There are plenty of choices if you are heading out on the lagoon for a day trip - pick one that suits you best.
We have now been out with 4 different operators and they have all been fantastic.
The lagoon is sparkling clear - white sand and blue blue waters to die for.
We didn't have any dislikes!!
Lovely BBQ'd fish and island fruits etc and wonderful hosts for the day.
