What a wonderful restaurant. During our stay at the hotel, we ate both dinner and breakfast here. The decor both inside and out were outstanding. We had several very attentive waiters that spoke perfect English (we cannot speak a word of Spanish). Dinner was incredible, with some interesting appetizer choices (gorgonzola creme brulee - yes please). My wife had Puttanesca and I had the Chateaubriand. Both were fantastic. Desert was rich and delicious, as well as the Hasta Manana espresso. Our only grumblings were regarding some buffalo mozzarella that seemed to be midway through a defrosting process and the breakfast juices that seemed to frothy. Other than that, the food was spot on. Overall, a great dining experience not to be missed if you are in San Jose.
