“A funky spot worth a stop”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

We were walking downtown so my friend on her first visit could see the sights and the park was on our path. An afternoon shower gave us the opportunity to spend a bit of time here among young mothers and their children, street performers, skateboarders, and a bunch of just regular folks.
Beautifully designed and constructed, a real landmark worthy of a visit.

“Every Weekend and More”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013 via mobile

The Templo de Musica is home to innumerable acts in San Jose organized or otherwise. Most weekends have fiestas that stretch from Parque Morazan to Parque Espana with lots of music, food and crafts. In between and nights the youngins
invade with skateboard, unicycle and juggle practise. It's a beautiful scene of boys and girls doing their thing in an orderly but fun manner. So , the Templo means much to many

“A Beautiful Park Full of Energy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

This park is clearly a popular hang out for locals. There were students and young adults socializing, playing and getting real face time, something we don't see a lot in states.

“It is nice to see it”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

This place is a kiosk that the old bands use to play concerts, or used for special events like when a new president is elected and the bands play for the community dances. It is nice to see it!

“Iconic architecture attracts artists to perform aire libre, free events on weekends”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Many people come to this park for free concerts on the weekends held by the Ministry of Culture. A beautiful park full of flowering trees and plants, it attracts many bird watchers from all around as well. Be careful late at night walking alone here.
