My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere at this hotel. A couple of annoyances keep me from rating it above average though.
First, we ate in the restaurant only once and found - count 'em - 3 hairs in three different dishes. That's why we only ate there once.
Also, there was a peculiarity about the showerhead in our bathroom. It wasn't adjustable, and the stream pointed so far back that you would bump into the shower curtain constantly. Combined with the fact that the curtain was just barely long enough made for a swampy post-shower experience.
Everything else was nice or at least OK.

It caused great concern upon reading this review. All of us at the Hotel Dunn Inn take pride, and press daily, to provide you the best experience possible during your stay. As such, these comments were assessed immediately upon reading, and thankfully the showerheads and curtains had long been replaced. Since this review the restaurant has been under new mangagement, however the comments were taken with the highest of priority reminding everyone the utmost importance in maintaining the highest hygienic standards. Our promise to our guest is that we remain vigilant in keeping to this standard.
