We regrettably have to write a bad review about Grano De Oro.
We arrived late and had dinner straight away. Not happy with the service, attitude, or food. Came back to our room , there was a terrible sewerage smell from the toilet. With an early departure in the morning too tired to change rooms, when staff were advised next morning not a sorry or apologetic at all.
Being the most expensive in San Jose you would expect better...our family will choose somewhere else next time in SJ.
