We stayed here 2 nights as part of an eco-tour. The rooms were large, but sparsely furnished...sufficient for our needs. The grounds were lovely, with lots of butterflies, monkeys, birds, and nice garden paths. There was a small pool and jacuzii that we did not use, as we arrived ahead of dinner one night, spent the next day at Mario Antonio NP and left the following morning. Meals were good. The Rancho is near enough to Manuel Antonio but on a very noisey unpaved road...airport made for late night and early morning noises. The monkeys treked across by the covered dining area, hanging off the roof, obviously had been fed by guests over time. Would stay there again if we were to come that way.
