I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor before traveling to Quepos and was suprised at how small and intimate the restaurant was based on the many reviews - it's basically 3 tables and a small kitchen at the front of a store. The restaurant owner greeted us warmly and enthusiastically explained everything on the menu - the food was great! We had the ceviche appetizer which was very fresh and delicious and tried several of the fruit drinks - lemonade, tamarindo and lemon and ginger (all good). I had the mahi mahi with pineapple and coconut which was great and served with vegetables, couscous, and the best plantain I had in Costa Rica. My brother had the chicken curry which had great flavor and my mom and her friend ordered the red snapper which was also very good. We had a tortilla filled with ice cream and plantains for dessert, very tasty! The service was great, best meal we had in Costa Rica and the seafood dinners for four with wine, apps, and dessert was all under $90.
