Yes it is a bit of a walk from the center of town but isn't that why you are in Montezuma...to try new and different things? The food is excellent and healthy! Our family of 5 spent 3 great days there. We loved the property and the many animals on site. The spa was over priced so we skipped it but we would go back!!

Ylang Ylang serves margaritas as big as your head, 2-for-1, during a 3-hour-long happy hour with a gorgeous view of the beach. The margaritas are perfect, not too sweet, and taste fresh and tart. Then there's the food! We shared a raw vegan sushi appetizer, and I devoured the curried vegetables. Perfect!

If you can get here by foot off the beach you won't be disappointed. Great drinks and appetizers.
The food at the resort is excellent. Try anything with chicken...it's amazing. Some of the best nachos I've ever had!
high end cuisine! Worth walking there. You can't drive there, you have to walk the beach from Montezuma
