Every hotel and bed and breakfast in Monteverde wants to book tours for you. I'm sure they are all wonderful. We found the Monteverde Welcome Center an excellent place for information. The host at our b&b offered his services. But he is primarily interested in running his b&b. Carlos Jimenez has put together an information stop that has information about the many options available. The welcome center is funded by the local business community. We found Carlos very knowledgeable. Our three days were full of exciting activites

Run by Carlos Jmimenz, he is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, professional and speaks perfect english. He is a college grad with a major in small business and you can tell he excels. He set up all transportation and tours, and everything was like clockwork with no confirms needed. If Carlos says its done, its confirmed and everything will be right on time. With Carlos handling things, you will have no worries, so kick back and relax, he has it all taken care of. Pura vida!
