“One of the hi-lights of our trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2013

We embarked on a 19 day cruise thru the Panama Canal in April 2013. Friends had been on a similar cruise itinerary and raved about their Zip Line experience at the Adventure Park. We contacted them via Internet prior to our cruise and Jorge answered every question and suggested that we register on-line to receive a discount. When we docked at Puntarenas, their representative, Daniel, was waiting for us as promised. We drove to the Adventure Park in a clean air conditioned vehicle with 4 other guests from our ship. Once we arrived at the Adventure Park, we met Jorge, who got us signed up and ready to go. We received our equipment, loaded into a special 4 wheel Drive vehicle and drove to the Zipline course with Daniel and his team.

We were given a quick course in Zip line protocol and we were off and running. Wow, wow, wow! What an adrenalin filled adventure it was. The scenery was amazing, the zip lines were phenomenal, Daniel was a great guide and instructor and we had a blast!

If Puntarenas is on your Costa Rica itinerary, we strongly recommend this adventure!

My sister and I had an awesome time here. We've been on Zipline Tours before but none over waterfalls or that included rappelling. We even drove there from Jaco which was about an hour and a half trip in the car. That was our first experience driving Costa Rican roads outside of our local area. Also somewhat of an adventure for non-Spanish speaking people. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The scenery was beautiful. The hosts were gracious, The Guides were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole group got along well together. I can definitely say that everything that all the other reviewers rave about, we experienced as well. Definitely worth the trip. We would do it again.

Great customer service and zipline guides!

Definitely do the waterfall tour! Very nice people, the guides make the tour fun. Lunch is included and was plentiful and very tasty. The view from the hotel / restaurant was awesome.

Some friends and I took the zip lining tour over the waterfalls. It was beautiful! The guides were so much fun and really made the trip! The equipment was in great shape, the lines went over amazing scenery, and we even went swimming in one of the pools.

We stayed at the hotel that night as well, which was beautiful. The main building is open with a great view, and the restaurant cooked some of the best food we had on our trip through Costa Rica. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing, our cabin was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend you not miss this place on your trip!

Best care in the air! you walk into a beautiful open area lounge with a lovely quaint restaurant over looking just about everything. Lets just say the staff was extremely friendly and personable. They will go out of there way to make your experience one to remember and making it feel as your own personal canopy trip! The course was impeccable and exciting. Had the time of our lives! Don't miss out on this adventure! Thanks to the wonderful staff! We had the best time!

14 of us booked this zip line adventure and took the trip when import at Puntarenas onboard the Queen Elizabeth. The staff was great and lots of fun. The equipment (harnesses, etc) were in good shape. Safety came first. The zip lines were very well planned out. There was even time in the middle of the adventure to take a dip in a deep pool of water underneath a water fall. The hotel which was the suiting up point was quaint and had a beautiful view of the valley below and the mountains. Afterwards a hearty lunch was served. Daniel, one of the staff, was waiting at the cruise pier when we arrived. We all had a fabulous time and felt the price was VERY reasonable. I recommend it to anyone considering it...you won't be disappointed!

We stayed here for 4 days. Everyone was fabulous!! We did the night superman zipling, 25zipline-11waterfall tour with repelling, high ropes course, horseback riding and atv course. Daniel picked us up on time and told us about the area on the hour/half trip from the airport. Barbara checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room complimentary, she was so nice. Daniel the owners son was our driver back to the airport and waiter for lunch, he is very nice.
All of the guides were fabulous. I wish I wrote Their names down to thank them each personally. They were all terrific. Victor was our guide on several trips and waiter at dinner. Petey was on almost all of our activities he is so funny and nice. The horses were very well behaved and in fabulous shape. The ATVs ran Very well. And the zip lines and ropes courses and equipment were all very well maintained.
The chef made a special birthday dinner and cake for our family for my sons birthday. We ate all of our meals at the hotel we never left the property the food was great!
The view from this hotel is fabulous. The birds were amazing and so were the butterflies. We went for a walk on the paths around the hotel every day and saw howler monkeys, white faced monkeys and a white faced coatie. On the horse back ride and zip line we saw toucans, iguanas, monkeys and many birds and butterflies.
This is a fabulous place where you can stay and enjoy the activities without driving from place to place. We have vacationed around the world and this is the first place my kids said "we have to come back here"
