“Welcoming Journey”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2012

Hello! My mom and I spent one lovely night at the Jungle Creek. The villa is very well kept and its owner, Jackie, knows how to render this place welcoming and relax. Just a step away from the crowded road leading to Manuel Antonio, you will enjoy this peaceful villa.

Spent a wonderful relaxing 3 weeks here. Jackie the manager is very helpful & knowledgeable about the area & can recommend things to do etc. Nothing's too much trouble! Villa very clean & comfortable. Will stay again.

Room Tip: Pool villa is fine if you are happy to have other guests outside your villa as they use the pool.Gar...

Our Family visited Jungle Creek for 10days in January 2012. We had a wonderful time. Great place to relax. Jackie (the manager) was absolutely fantastic!! She is willing to help us in anyway at all. From ordering food on our first night there to recommending things to see, places to shop, directions, dos and don'ts for the area. She went above and beyond what we expected for a Manager. She was always making sure that everything was alright and that we had everything we needed. Wished all places were run but people like her. Manuel Antonio (Quepos) is a great place to visit. We have been there twice and plan to go back several times. Jungle Creek was a very comfortable place to stay and would recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Jungle Creek, Alma Pacific from Friday with a checkout on Monday. We felt like we had won a huge lottery having such good fortune to get this beautiful apartment (felt like a villa) due to a cancellation.
Added to this, the place exceeded our needs, air conditioning, wifi, beautiful kitchen, tealight candles and last but not least a welcome basket provided for by our readily available, competent and pleasant property manager.
The first day we arrived we had a nice surprise with a short visit from the squirrel monkeys in the trees above us while we were out on the pool terrace.
Everynight we had a feast with fresh fish from the local market cooked up on the barbeque on the terrace. The terrace had such a nice decoration with little christmas lights lit up, hawain torch candles and of course the nice pool.
We had such a nice holiday at Jungle Creek and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed in las palmas - a two bed apartment with kitchen and living space.

What a great place. The manager was away so we were looked after by Ty - the temp manager. He was really helpful and made us feel right at home. The pool and garden were great places to hang out in.

It's 10usd taxi to the park / beach and 5usd back to Quepos. We saw monkeys and sloths in the national park.

We 100% recommend this place.

The first night me and my friends got there (three girls) we took a taxi to jungle creek and even though it was 11 pm we were greeted by jackie, even though it was late she took us to get something to eat and made us feel welcomed. We stayed at dos palmas and it was more than awesome, we had a great time there and we were very sad to leave. The place was clean and huge, the maid comes once a week but the staff there is very friendly so if you need something they help you as much as they can. Everyone in manuel antonio is very friendly, it is a small community so everyyone knows everyone. Taxis are a bit expensive but you can take the bus for 50 cents. Aslo, Jackie can help set up different things to do, we just did it ourselves but she told us before hand to let her know and she could arrange things for us. The food is great out there but since the place we stayed at had a full kitchen we saved money by cooking breakfast and lunch. The taxi to manuel antonio from san jose was 170$ but we took the bus back and that was only 8.00$. I would recommend Jungle creek for anyone visiting manuel antonio, its very private and quite,We had a blast!!!! Thanks Jackie for everything! Yasmin, Darlene and Janet

My husband and I stayed at Jungle Creek in the one bedroom suite, El Gecko, and had a wonderful stay! The room was very nice and comfortable, it was our home while in Manuel Antonio. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the manager, Jackie. She even got a lovely tropical flower arrangement in our living room to welcome us! Jackie was very helpful, even before we got to Manuel Antonio. She booked all of our activities (SCUBA diving, ziplining, tours, etc.), all we had to do was to enjoy them! She also made great suggestions for places to eat and have fun. She even told us about the waterfall by Jungle Creek that was great for hikers.

I would definitely stay at Jungle Creek again, and definitely recommend it to our friends. The whole Jungle Creek property was gorgeous- monkeys, birds, and nature around you all the time. The accomodation was great, and Jackie is great! Even her dog, Loa, was a great dog!

Thanks Jackie!
