From the moment we met Eilyn we knew we were in good hands and found a hidden gem! Our condo was plenty big enough for our family of four and much larger than we needed. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, a very large living space and kitchen with an expansive terrace to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every night. We would definitely stay here again. Our boys loved the small pool and PC was centrally located. Eilyn always had a smile on her face and was helpful with booking activities and dinners for us. We took cab to beach but could walk to many of the restaurants. You do hear some road traffic but not too bad. Again great find and reasonable. There is no food service so either you can cook your own in the large kitchen or go out to eat at all the local spots - many within walking distance.

We stayed at Pacifico Colonial during our vacation in Costa Rica this past Summer. First and foremost, the service and recommendations that we received from Eilyn were amazing! She put us in contact with wonderful guides who took us on fantastic adventures - zip lining, all-terrain vehicle tours to hidden, beautiful waterfalls, nature hikes & sightseeing in the National Park. Eilyn also made certain that we were completely comfortable and well-situated within our outstanding unit. She even arranged for us to have a "home cooked" meal that was prepared by a wonderful local chef in our suite's kitchen.

Our beautiful room had a balcony with an incredible view. Just below us, there was a wonderful "sloth" sleeping in a tree. From the balcony, we also saw monkeys playing - - - jumping and swinging from tree to tree.

The Pacifico Colonial is within easy walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store and other shops in the small town. It's just a short taxi ride to other towns and the beach. So, it's very conveniently located!

We plan to stay again at The Pacifico Colonial - - - taking other members of our family that we wish to introduce to Costa Rica. You cannot go wrong with The Pacifico Colonial. It's a "ten" on a scale of one to ten! Thank you, Eilyn, for all that you did to make our stay so EXCELLENT.

Our family stayed at Pacifico Colonial in March (2013). The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious and located on the 2nd floor, which is at the level of the tree canopy -- high enough to see the ocean view and low enough to see monkeys in the trees and visiting on our porch. I loved sitting on the porch in the evening reading and listening to the animal sounds in the rain forest. My husband and son enjoyed watching TV on the large screen TV in the living room. Melissa personally decorated the condos and they are lovely with all modern features, comfortable beds and furniture. Melissa and Eilyn were extremely helpful as I sent numerous emails before the trip asking about the property and recommendations for Manuel Antonio and elsewhere in Costa Rica. I couldn't have been more delighted with the accommodations and service, and would definitely recommend.

Our family of four stayed four nights at Pacifico in March (2013). What a place!! First of all, Eilyn and Melissa were wonderful hosts. They ALWAYS helped us in any way, whether it was a restaurant recommendation or excursion, they were there to help. Melissa even arranged last minute dinner reservations at Victoria's (right across the street) for my husbands' birthday dinner and our last night in Costa Rica. Melissa and Eilyn were always extremely informative, kind and friendly. Pacifico was amazing; beautiful, clean, spacious and the view was to die for!! I did not want to leave our amazing balcony!! We had a private chef come one night and we were served on the balcony for three hours!! This place is also convenient to local restaurants, cafe's and the supermarket (good ole' Super Joseth). Taxis and buses drive by frequently too. We stayed in 4N which was just gorgeous. Great kitchen, bathrooms, tv, and washer and dryer. Needless to say, we loved it here and hope to come back some day!! We highly recommend Pacifico Colonial!!!

Our family of five stayed in a 2-bedroom condo at Pacifico Colonial in March 2013. The condo was spacious, immaculate, and had all the modern amenities, including a well equipped kitchen. The crowning jewel of these condos are the oversized balconies that span the entire width of the condo. We ate breakfast every day on the balcony, overlooking a beautiful view and listening to the sounds of the tropical forest. In the evenings, I would sip wine while witnessing a beautiful sunset. Sometimes at dinner, we would opt to do takeout and eat it on the lovely balcony. In addition, it was such a convenience to have a washer / dryer in the condo. We packed lightly for that reason. Melissa, the property manager, is wonderful and happily made restaurant reservations for us and offered good advice on activities to do. The only downside of this condo is that you do not have beach access and the pool was small. Our family stayed at Tulemar last year, which had great beach access and decent pools, but the accommodations themselves were not nearly as nice. I would highly recommend Pacifico Colonial and will likely stay there again on my next visit.
