All the ladies in the restaurant/bar, cooks and cleaning lady are the greatest. They were always there to give us assistance. The food was really good and we ate most of our meals at Clarita's. The cleaning lady gave the room an extra touch everyday. The rooms are average but very clean. I stay in luxury hotels in NY City on business and this was everything that I had hoped it would be. Clarita the "doggie" even gave her all! Raquel isn't as tough as she appeared in the picture, on the net, but is really a sweet heart as all the ladies are to guests. Location is ideal in the area. I give Clarita's an EXCELLENT rating and highly recommend.

I spent Thur-Sun at Claritas on Memorial weekend. What a great time we had there. The whole staff was so attentive. The foods was better than any where else we ate in Jaco. Maggie, Rosie & Rachel are the bomb, quick wit and great service. I will return, I think my girlfriend was alittle Jelouse of there good looks, she would'nt leave me alone (if you know what I mean).

I stayed at Claritas in April and was only planning on staying three days,but i had so much fun I spent my whole two week vacation here.The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a nice pool with a water fall and security guards to watch my car all night long.The beach bar is really fun and the bar maids were a real hoot and very easy on the eyes. The food in the bar was really good and not to pricey. They also have wifi so you can work on the computer and enjoy great ocean views,cant wait to go back....Brent

The staff was very helpful and tried to help us with better values for taxis and rentals, going with locals. The girls spoke pretty good english and communicated well.
The pool was great way to relax after surfing. The location is great for sliding on your flip flops walking out to the beach and grabbing a beer on the way back at the bar.
I had my reservations about Clarita's after watching the video but it turned out to be a laid back, cool place to chill!
