Once again another great trip with my friends at clarita's It was my sons 18th birthday party and I believe it is one not to be forgotten. And for you people who want to have your Cigar well step in the sand and your not in the bar So get your tail on a flight schedule and roll down for some cold beer big waves good fishing and don't forget the lovely lady's.

clarita's is right on the beach, with the sports bar overlooking the ocean. the bar staff are very friendly and accommodating, on our first visit we asked for a particular futbol game, and they were very happy to put it on for us. the bar scene later at night can be described as adult, but it's a bar in jaco, right? bot times i've been there i was never offered anything besides another drink! the rooms are clean and spare, if you are planning on sleeping past 8am, you should consider getting a room with a/c, every room we've had had cable tv in case you didn't party enough in town. if you're looking for peace and quiet you probably shouldn't be in jaco, but i never had a problem with noise at clarita's. if you're young or young at heart you can't really go wrong with clarita's, if you're old and/or miserable, don't stop in jaco!

For $50 I had an awesome little room. Good shower, cable tv with English channels, and soothing sounds of the waves crashing all night. it's all the way at the end of the strip, so a bit of a walk, but only a $2 can to all the action. They have the best party in Jaco on Thursday night, but Friday nights karaoke is a nightmare!!! They went on until 1am, and u can hear everything in the rooms.
Aside from that, the rooms's AC rocks, it was a good safe, and a little pool to jump into. And a fridge I would def stay there again.

It is not easy to find a place where employees are truely eager to make one's stay really enjoyable. Clarita's is that place. I awakened at 5:45 AM to the sound of native birds and pounding waves. The beach was 20 yards from my room and breakfast was available in the open air restaurant just off the beach. Thursday through Saturday the action is lively at the special promotions that are held at Clarita's bar. All in all I spent a most enjoyable 2 weeks there and will do so again, hopefully, soon.
