Of the four times we attempted to eat at the Ministry of Music Cafe, it was closed three times. The hours listed seem to fluctuate based on unknown factors.
The lunch we had was very well done. Gorgeous, large, vegetable salad, guacamole, blacks beans, sandwiches, and fresh juices. Friendly service. The owner has an amazing amount of information available on juicing and vegetarian eating.

Andre and his Ministry of Music cafe has some great food and the most friendly environment in Jaco. The cashew rap is BOMB along with the smoothies - never would have though that an avocado smoothie would be so good!

This place has the BEST Smoothies in Jaco. Healthy, tasty, and BIG! I've tried several things on the menue and they are all good choices. You can't go wrong here. Good music and always good company. The only REAL Vegetarian food in central Jaco.

We stumbled across this little gem on our way back from Villa Calletas.. there's lots of signs all over town that say "Vegetarian Cafe" but we couldn't find it. Hint: It's on the same street as Taco Bar.. just go down a little further. The salads are HUGE and amazingly delicious. The smoothies ROCK! And the owner is all about healthy, organic, and doesn't even use sugar in the smoothies,they use honey instead. He even has an Enagic Kangen water machine (they cost like $4k in the US) to alkalize the water. If you're looking for healthy, vegetarian food (both raw and cooked) at a great value, definitely give this place a go. We also enjoy the great spirit of the place and its owner Andre.
