We stayed here a few years ago and it was quite the find! It is off the main drag of Jaco but still walking distance/ bike ride distance to town. There were also cabs going by constantly if you wanted to catch a quick cheap ride.
We rented 2 rooms. Each had a full size bed and bunk beds. so you could easily sleep 3. 4 if you want. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Even a blender! We made many drinks with all the fruit we got at the market on Saturday. Many drinks....
The bathroom was no frills and you had to run the water on a lower flow to get it hot, but its a thousand degrees outside so who cares?
The a/c works great.

This hotel only had about 8 rooms so it is a nice intimate spot away from the crowds and theft. The staff were all nice and it was only about 40 a night for 2 guests. There was a pizza joint about 30 feet up and then a little further away from town was the BEST soda! La amistad i believe. Cheap cheap cheap! This place was a no frills basic typical costa rica hotel for travelers who are not into 5 star fancy places. There's a small pool. also, you are one block from the beach! Don;t let my average ratings scare you. I just want to convey that this place is affordable and very acceptable but not fancy!
