“Excellent budget option”

I was looking up otions for a budget accomodation in Tortuguero Village, but found none.

So when I arrived I just looked a bit around and found this excellent little "Hotel" with about 10 clean rooms, which are basic, but above avarage, with a double and a single bed, a desk(!!!) and an en suit bathroom with hot water (!!!).

The little compound is on the river, with its own "jetty". Turn right from where the boat drops you and it is about the 5th-6th place with a big gate.

The owner lady is very friendly, though does not speak a word of English. The price is 5000 Col (9USD) per person...
