The upside: we had a great guide on our nature trips with this company. His name is Alex and he is a native, an excellent photographer and a a biologist so he knows a lot of things and can take great pictures for you. The trips we went on: Cahuita, and Kekoldi were nice. Kekoldi is a bit long, and sometimes steep, but in no way strenuous.
The downside: you have to expect to wait about an hour depending on where your hotel is to gather all the guests, to have the driver arrive, etc, even when you are going alone with the guide like our group did. Usually the trips start after 8 am, which means that you arrive in nature at around 9:30-10 depending on your luck. This is past the time when some animals are active, so you see them tucked away on remote branches sleeping, but there are plenty of the to see anyway. Bring you binoculars and 20x+ zoom lens. The zip lines are popular expensive, but not as special as one might expect. Depending on group size they can take longer or be faster. Ours was way longer than promised.
