There are different rooms at this hotel: there are cabins, rooms on the second floor (cheapest), rooms on the first floor (more expensive). We opted for the cheapest option for $20 dollars/room. It was a first room on the second floor. The room was very basic: 4 walls, one wardrobe, one table. The bed was ok, but the mattress was rather soggy. No mosquito net (though we had our own). The bathroom was big, but in a rather sorry state. The paint was already peeling and there were little ants running a marathon through our bathroom. The toilet clogged the minute we used it. No hot water, no electric shower - just cold water.
All of the rooms are facing inner courtyard, so you can get a quiet nice sleep. Nicely kept yard.
Overall - I am not impressed with this property. It's not kept up. It's suppose to be a brand new hotel, but it's already is falling apart. For the second two nights we stayed at nearby Cabinas Riverside ($25 for a room with a kitchen) and it was a much better choice.
