The restaurant was a little hard to find, tucked up off of a dirt lane. The restaurant was attractive, with an open air setting and nice looking wood tables and chairs. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Thin crust pizza was good. Prices average.

try this place for the pizza. It will be a nice change of pace. Pretty authentic, reminded us of Italy. the decor is lovely and the pizza is yummy.

The pizzas are simply amazing! We have been in Tamarindo for two weeks now and have eaten there 4 times already! The wait staff is very friendly. We have a 9 month old who they always pay extra attention too! It is a family friendly place with incredible pizza. Best in town In my opinion.

What more could you ask for. La Baula was great. Fantastic pizza in a comfortable open air restaurant. We didnt have our kids with us but they will be with us this year so we'll be back more than once I'm sure. Service was good and the prices were as comfortable as the place itself. Just a bit up a side road on the way to Dragonfly restaurant. Definately worth the walk.
