We stayed at the Castillo Divertido in playa Junquillal, Santa Cruz, for one week on last february 2009 and we loved the experience!
Charming place built on a hill with great ocean view. They have 7 rooms in total, each with private bathroom. There are 3 rooms facing the ocean with two of them with a litle balcony. The other 3 rooms are garden view.
We loved the fact that is family owned by a nice and friendly tica-german couple with their son Nathan.
The hotel is about 5 minutes walking from the beach. The beach is very good for surfers, good waves!
They have a nice terrace on the roof with an amazing view where you can have a beer and watch the most wonderful sunsets!!
If you are looking for relaxing and friendly time, that place is for you!
