We spent some weeks at casa lora this july and I must say it was absolutly great. The apartment was really nice and clean and it felt like home. The garden is something special with a lot of flowers and trees, and we really enjoyded the wildlife with lots of birds and sometimes we saw monkeys. Just to sit outside and enjoy the night near the pool and use the bbq was fantastic. The city of Coco is interresting and has a lot of options for dinning and entertainment. We felt us very velcomed by the owner and had a great stay. Go there and experience yourself

What a pleasant surprise, a tropical oasis with a real homey feeling. I immediately felt like one of the family. The apartment was nice with air conditioning, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private deck overlooked the swimming pool. The landscaping that surrounded the apartments and the pool was very tropical.The shops and beach were within easy walking distance.
After traveling for several weeks it was a pleasure to be able to hangout around the pool and fix my own meals for a change. I was sad when I had to leave. I will defiantly come back again.

We have stayed in this beautiful place for 3 months and enjoyed it very much:-) Apartments are spacious, equiped with all necesary stuff, bathroom with shower; kitchen facilities, so cooking is not a problem. There is also a washing mashine available if you need it. All apartments just meters away from swimming pool and everything in big awesome garden, where you can spot some birds, lizards and buterflies. The owners are very nice people, excellent hosts and they will make sure everything is working properly. It's typical ticos neighborhood, safe and very close to town (5 minutes by car and around 15 minutes walking - 20 minutes to the beach). From our experience it is safe to walk - we did it almost every day:-) There are 2 supermarkets 10 minutes walking from here open every day. If you like spending evenings in bars/restaurants there is quite few to choose from in town. Thank you Casa Lora - we hope to see you again!

We've been travelling around south and central america for more than 2 months now, and our stay at Casa Lora was a real vacation within our vacation! We stayed for 6 nights (we planned to stay for 4 nights, but stayed 2 extra nights...)

The rooms are clean (spotless!), the surrounding areas (pool, patio, drive way...) is very well maintained. It's German quality and living standards, with the Costa Rican nature and weather!

The German couple (owners) is very helpful and nice. Made us feel at home in Playas del Coco.

It's in a Tica neighbourhood, but only 5 min walk to the center of Coco. It's not directly on the beach, but away from the big resorts and hordes of tourists. Nice!

The price was just unbeatable, you get so much for your money here, and can cook and eat on your balcony/patio, just perfect!
