“A lot of fun for everyone!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

We (group of 8 people, including kids ages 10, 13, 14 and 15) had a great time. It was a first time we did a zip line, so I have nothing to compare it with but it looks like it was a safe adventure - they have double cables and they help you to stop (my only concern). Tarzan Swing was another great part of experience. I almost lost my voice there. At the end we bought CD for $30 that had besides our pictures some great pictures of the local animals. Overall - a very exciting experience, definitely worth of doing at least once.

“Not a good zip line tour”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

i have been on seven zip line tours over the past few years including one other in Costa Rica. This is hands down the most dangerous and unprofessional of them all! The instruction to the group was short and vague, which for new comers was virtually useless. Upon our first line ride, a first timer incurred a serious injury due to two main reasons: 1.) the tree at the end of the line had no padding for stopping (critical when coming in too fast, and 2.) none of the tour guides had two way radios. It is crucial for the guide at the end of the line to communicate to the guide at the beginning of the line that the cable is clear for the next person. Our friend was sent down before the line was clear. The guides scrambled to get the previous person off in time, leaving no one to "break" the second rider. She slammed into the tree, resulting her having to be taken to the hospital for back injuries. She is in serious pain and not sure as to the extent of the injuries. Another person in our group approached one of the guides about the two way radios and he said that he had been asking for them for many months, but management had refused to supply them to the staff. The injured girl was told by the doctor that they had treated at least 15 people for injuries sustained by this same tour. DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AT THE VERY LEAST VERIFY THE RADIOS AND PROPER PADDING.

“Zip Line Thrill”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Never having done this I was a little apprehensive but the staff was very professional and safety was the top priority. That said, we had a blast! We were in a group with about 20 people that moved quickly. Don't miss out on the Tarzan Swing, it was a thrilling drop from the trees that capped off a perfect adventure!

“Very Exciting Canopy Tour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

We had our first zip-line canopy tour at Ecoglide Park on the recommnedations of hiker we met at Arenal. It really was a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful and fun to be with, as we conversed with many along the tour. A highlight was the Tarzan Swing halfway thru the zipline tour. It was a good break that extended the length of the tour, and added to the overall experience.

“WoW! Beyond expectations!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

My family has been to many zip line tours but this one takes the cake. It was amazing. We had a large group of 15 adults. The tour was able to quickly, safely and efficiently get our whole group ready in a matter of minutes. We felt very safe the entire time. They first took us in a truck to the top of the hill. The ride of short and beautiful. NO one had to wait long for their turn on the zip line. The views from the zip line were wonderful!!! Most of the zip lines were high and long. The Tarzan swing was a blast, all but one in our group did it and we were very glad we did. The guides were super nice and made us feel safe the entire time. At the end of the tour we bought a CD of great pictures of our group and the tour told us that we could make as many copies of the CD as we would like for each person in the group. At the end of the tour they had a nice cold drink waiting for us.
