We enjoyed our stay at Arenal Springs. The accommodations were very comfortable and we loved sitting outside and looking at the volcano. Hot spring was nice although nothing super special... for hot springs we would recommend visiting Tobacon Springs if you have time. The food at dinner was nothing special and overpriced. Breakfast was much better and offered a variety of items.

Staff and customer service off the charts!!!! Property amazing and very well kept. We we early and were greeted with enthusiasm and were able to check in early! Spent afternoon in the pools and were eagerly taken care of by staff at pool and bar. Restaurant menu a bit all over the place, but, service was great and food was good.
A must when you are traveling to Arenal.

We got what we paid for liked the view from our room, all round it was a good base for our excursions in the area.Reception very good as were all staff, Enjoyed the hot spring, Gardens were excellent, looked at there plant growing area, which made a englishman green with envy on what could be grown. It was rather remarkable that in our two week tour this hotel supplied the best and worst meal we encountered in the two weeks, sea bass was the worst, it was if had been cooked then warmed in a microiwave for to long causing the edges to go hard and dry, the next night the steak was wonderfull

This property is fabulous! Beautiful grounds, well kept, great location- many activities in the area, beautiful setting - right by the volcano, lush, wonderful pools, great food - I could go on and on. Would come back here in a flash! The only negative is I found the bed a bit hard - but my husband thought it was just right. I did not make use of the spa or fitness area, but if it was anything like the rest of the resort, I am sure it would be great.
