We just returned from 3 days at Los Lagos. The property is beautiful, lush and you feel like you are in Paradise. But, the rooms are outdated, dark and most rooms are VERY far from the pools and restaurants. They have a shuttle bus that you call for and they drive you to the pools but this is annoying. The food in the 2 restaurants was very good and the pools and hot springs are great. The front desk personnel were not friendly nor were they helpful.
If the rooms were redone and wi-fi was added this would be a good place for a vacation.
